Snap your plate — even from the Lock Screen — or pick a shot from your library. Each item gets its own portion, calories and macros, sized against your plate, the cutlery or, on iPhones with LiDAR, real depth.
Photograph your plate, say what you ate or scan the barcode. eatnibble breaks it into items and gives you calories, protein, carbs and fat in seconds — you fine-tune the portions and log it.

Tap the + in the tab bar: take a photo, speak, type, scan a barcode, a label or a menu — or re-log a pinned or frequent meal in one tap, then pick the portion.

No photo? Tap the mic and say “two eggs, toast and an orange juice”, or type it. Same item-by-item breakdown, with your usual foods suggested as you go.
Packaged food? Scan it and the product's own nutrition comes straight from Open Food Facts — no guessing, no daily analysis used.
Point the camera at a nutrition table. It's read right on your iPhone — calories, macros, fiber, sugar and sodium.
Eating out? Photograph the menu and see every dish's estimate, split into what fits today's budget and what doesn't.
Save a recipe once and log a serving in a tap. Pin the meals you eat often, re-log frequent ones, or enter the numbers yourself.
Every item comes with its own gram estimate. Nudge it by 10 g, type an exact weight, or tap ×0.5, ×1.5 or ×2 — calories and macros rescale instantly.
Something still off? Just tell it — “it was 2 eggs, no rice” — and the estimate is fixed. Drinks are measured in millilitres, and every meal can be edited the same way later.
Connect eatnibble to the assistant you already talk to. Mention a meal in any chat — it estimates each item and logs it to your diary. Ask how your day is going, and it knows.

The energy you burn is added to today's target, so “remaining” means what you can really still eat. No watch data yet? eatnibble estimates it from your walking distance.
Today's steps, workouts and active energy sit right on Home. Meals are saved to Apple Health with their calories and macros, and your water count stays in sync. All of it is optional.
Browse your log as a list, a calendar or a photo journal. Weekly and monthly averages count only the days you actually logged.
Daily charts and goal adherence, nutrient trends over months, calories and weight on one chart, and patterns worth knowing — like eating more on weekends. Every month and year ends with a review you can share.
Set a goal weight and Weight History shows how far you've come and how much is left. Your calorie goal follows — lose, maintain or gain, at the weekly pace you choose.
Weigh-ins come from Apple Health, and a calories-and-weight chart shows how what you eat moves the scale.
At the end of each week, eatnibble looks back at what you logged: what went well, where it slipped and what to try next. Then ask it anything — “what should I change at dinner?”
On iPhones with Apple Intelligence it runs entirely on your device. Elsewhere only your logged meals are sent — never Apple Health data.
Today's ring, water and your favorite meals on your wrist — plus a complication for your watch face.

Your log follows you to your other devices through your own private iCloud. Back up and restore anytime.
Send your eating plan or a meal report as a link — anyone can view it, and add your plan to their app. Export all your data, photos included.
Meals, photos, water and your profile are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud — we can't see them. Photos and descriptions are sent only to be analyzed, then discarded; nutrition labels are read on your iPhone. Connect an AI assistant and only a short summary of your recent meals is shared, never Apple Health data.
